Drowned is an action jumping platformer made by Hardhat, based on an idea which was inspired by nb50.

It is featured at the PSP-Hacks Homebrew Idol 3 Horror Show in 2010.

User guide

The game is about the fear of drowning. It is a basic fear, like fear of the dark.

You need to control the character and jump from block to block, while the water is rising, in order to survive.

It is currently single player. You win if you get around 16000m above the ground.

Tips

Wall jumping is a must to get out of tight spots. Just cling to the wall and keep hitting the jump button.

Jump off the left or right as a shortcut to the other side.

Controls

D-Pad - Move the character

Cross - Jump

Start - Restart game
