SEED Utils
- seedinfo_gen.py: Generate seedinfo.bin for rxTools and 3DS Multi Decryptor.
- seeddb_gen.py: Generate seeddb.bin for Decrypt9.
- db2info.py: Convert seeddb.bin to seedinfo.bin.
- info2db.py: Convert seedinfo.bin to seeddb.bin.
