EzDriverChanger is a plugin that allows you to switch between UMD and ISO Mode using combination keys.
Installation
Copy the lib folder and EzDriveChanger.prx to the seplugins folder of your Memory Stick (or internal storage for PSP Go).

For PSP Go, add this line to the text file instead
