A breakout style game for the PSP, with story, powerup and level editor.

This homebrew was released as an entry for the PxP Homebrew Competition.

User guide

There are currently 2 Bosses, defeating each will unlock bonus games.

In Bonus Game 1, Cross is the important key, survive as long as you can.

In Bonus Game 2, use analog stick to stay centered.

Controls

Start - Skip intro

Main Game:

Analog Left/Right - Moves Paddle

Cross - Launches Ball

L/R - Curves Ball (Meter at top shows how much curve power remains

Level Builder:

Analog - Moves Selected block around screen

D-Pad - Moves selected block one pixel at a time

Cross - Places current block and moves forward in list

Circle - Moves back in list without deleting

Square - Deletes Current Block

Triangle - Changes Block Set

L/R - switches between block types within each set

Start - Test Created Level

Select - Bring up menu

Final/Fix

  • Reworked Memory management increasing stability greatly when switching between game modes.
  • Finished all graphics, including all cutscenes and game ending.
  • D-Pad now supported in all game modes, for those that have analog stick issues.
