Cave Story: Jenka's Nightmare is a Cave Story mod by Mark "Shmitz" Major.

The game was ported to the PSP by Andwhy, based on Cave Story PSP.

User guide

Story

Not too long after the events of the original Cave Story, our hero and his companions find themselves mysteriously transported back to the island, and separated in the process.

Help them find each other, discover what is going on with the island, and help out old friends.

Gameplay

It is expected that anyone playing this mod has beaten the original game with the best ending (secret level). If you have not, events in the game may not mesh with the ending you're familiar with, or if you haven't beaten it at all, there will be spoilers.

Additionally, because of this there is also little in the way of a learning curve. You will find challenge from the start, and it'll only get harder. Expect all of the traditional platform scrolling action from the original, thought puzzles, and secrets galore.

Circle - Jump, Action, Confirm

Triangle or Select - Map

L/R - Weapon
