A homebrew application that launches the Wii's region select hidden channel (aka rgnsel) with the ID "HALx" where "x" is "E" for USA, "P" for Europe, "J" for Japan and "K" for Korea.
This feature allows user to choose a location, the location is then displayed in online games, such as Mario Kart Wii.
Installation
Extract archive to the root of your SD card, so that you have the path SD://apps/rgnsel_booter/boot.dol.
Run the homebrew with the rgnsel icon through the homebrew channel.
