Compatibility

This is a "black cart" game that runs in full color on GBC, or in monochrome on DMG.

In practical terms, this means working within the more restrictive CPU and memory limits of the DMG, ensuring that all graphics work in both monochrome and color, and forgoing some GBC-only features like tile mirroring.

Credits

The game is written in C using the GBDK-2020 development kit, and the gbt-player music driver.

All assets were made by gearfo during the jam period, using GBTD and GBMB to make the tilesets and maps. OpenMPT is used to compose the music, and BGB for debugging.
