This is a complete English translation patch for the tactical RPG Shining Blade (シャイニング・ブレイド) for the PSP. Most were translated using Google translation, except Chapters 1 through 10 were translated by Cyberakuma.
Note: There is also another fan translation project that was announced in 2016.
