SRB2 Vita is a cool game that’s built on the older version, SRB2 2.1.20. This is the same base used for the 3DS and the first Switch ports. It was dropped by Rinnegatamante, a super active developer, on February 3, 2019. Right now, it’s in a beta stage and on pause. Since it’s based on an older version, it doesn’t have all the latest OpenGL upgrades, which means it can be a bit slow in big areas and have some visual glitches on levels and the intro. It only plays .ogg audio files, so MP3, MIDI, and LMP (Doom) sounds are a no-go. You can’t use in-game console commands, but you can load add-ons with an autoexec.cfg console script. | SRB2 Vita is a cool game that’s built on the older version, SRB2 2.1.20. A week after Rinnegatamante dropped it, DerpyBubblez compiled a version of the port. There are a few eboot.bin files to choose from; depending on which one you pick, the game can either show up in Vita’s native resolution (960x544) or run at PSP resolution (480x272). The newest builds have VitaGL, but they can cause some visual glitches when the camera is behind a liquid source. | A week after Rinnegatamante dropped it, DerpyBubblez compiled a version of the port. Changelog
- Feb. 12 - 09:42 - Most recent build (as of Feb. 18th), runs at PSP resolution. The crash has been fixed, but garbage is drawn on the screen.

- Feb. 11 - 13:52 - This is the first build using VitaGL as a renderer in place of the game's standard OpenGL implementation. Runs at Vita's native resolution (960x544).
- Feb. 11 - 06:57 - This is a build updated with fixed controls.
