Maketens is a homebrew number puzzle game for the NDS. It is translated into Spanish with a few words in English.
User guide
Mankind's oldest enemy, the decimal numbers 1 to 5 have launched another audacious attack and it's up to you to stop them. They have one weakness - they self destruct when they are combined to make the number ten. Select numbers with the stylus and make tens to save the world.
- Numbers have to be on the same horizontal line and add up to 10.
- All hope is lost when the numbers break through the top of the screen.
How to play
The goal is to keep the numbers from reaching the top of the screen by clearing out numbers that add up to ten.
Destroy the blocks before reaching the top. Select certain numbers to be on the same horizontal line and add up to 10.

So to make ten you'd select 5, 2 and 3. All hope is lost when the numbers break through the top of the screen.
Numbers that have space next to them can be dragged into the empty space.

If you drag the 5 in the top line into the empty space of the row, you end up with

Numbers can be dragged and dropped to other rows.

When you make a ten you also temporarily delay the advance of the numbers.
Every time you make 10 tens in a row, the level increases. The higher the level, the faster the numbers come at you.
Powerups
Powerup tiles are +, - and bomb. If you tap a powerup, the tile will be removed and it's neighbouring tiles will have their value added, subtracted, or bombed.

If you tap the + tile, you'd get

If a - tile is applied to a 1, it become zero and therefore vanish.
If a + tile is applied to a 5, it becomes six which in this world is an impossible number and will therfore vanish.
If a powerup is included in a make ten sum, the powerup will be applied to the remaining numbers in the whole row.
