Joy-Con Utility is a Switch homebrew that allows you to dump, flash Joy-Con firmware, and modify serial numbers (SN).

Note: Use at your own risk.

Now you can build using modern SDK.
Fixed some crashes while using app.
Changed some strings here and there.
Use Joy-Con SN as default file name.

Nothing big to say about it. Launch it as Application mode(Software Keyboard), not in Applet mode.
Use it at your own risk(Restore firmware). Don't try to restore someone else firmware to your Joycon.
When you brick it, it is your fault. You are responsible about your stuff! Don't blame me.
