Modified version of Atmosphere's reboot to payload app to boot every payload.bin file.
Installation
Rename payload file as payload.ini and copy it to the SD card's root folder.
Then install the app by placing the .nro into the /switch/ folder on the SD card, and follow the instructions at the screen.
