Songs
In terms of songs, the game uses the same format as the game "Frets on Fire", meaning any song available for "Frets on Fire" can be played in "Guitarfun". To play these songs, simply copy the downloaded "Frets on Fire" tracks to the directory "/guitarfun/songs" on the SD card.
Songs for Guitarfun can be downloaded from many homepages including:
- keyboardsonfire.net No registration
- http://fof.iioiooioo.com/frets-on-fire-songs No registration either
- http://fretsonfire.wikidot.com/custom-songs Requires Registration (Note: The links will take you to a forum saying you aren't logged in. Just log in with the same credentials as the site before.)
Song Packs
- You can create packs of songs by creating directories that begin with the word 'pack'. The pack directories must be placed i the directory /guitarfun/songs of the sd card.
- Example: /guitarfun/songs/pack1
- If you want to change the title of the song pack place a text-file called title.txt inside the folder of the song pack. Write the title of the song pack in the text file.
