RegionFrii is a tool created by SYNDiCATE that allows you to change the region code of NTSC Wii game ISO files to PAL, making them playable on PAL Wii consoles when used with a modchip. The tool achieves this by modifying the section of the image that contains the region information, which is surprisingly unencrypted.
