SDL_image is a simple library to load images of various formats as SDL surfaces for PS VITA.
This library supports BMP, PNM (PPM/PGM/PBM), XPM, LBM, PCX, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TGA, TIFF, and simple SVG formats.
