HVL is a tracker format based upon the AHX format created in the mid '90s by Dexter and Pink of Abyss. The AHX format was relatively popular, and many songs were created and used in scene productions and games. AHX was designed to create a very SID-like sound on the Amiga. HVL offers several improvements on the AHX format.

HiivelyPlay is an AHX/HVL module player with Wiimote and FrontSD support.

How to install it:

  1. Get and install the homebrew channel
  2. Copy the contents of the "SDCard" directory to the root of your SDCard
  3. Copy any additional AHX or HVL files you want into "/hvltunes" on the SDCard
  4. Go to the homebrew channel
  5. Select HiivelyPlay!
