Launcher9 is a payload manager for arm9loarderhax.
Installation
The payload CFW should be in the folder named Launcher9 arm9loaderhax.bin:
- sd:/launcher9/arm9loaderhax.bin (luma3ds)
- sd:/arm9loaderhax.bin (launcher9)
- sd:/launcher9/payload/luma3ds.bin
- sd:/launcher9/payload/decrypt9.bin

Custom logos:
- sd:/launcher9/logo/decrypt9.tga
- sd:/launcher9/logo/emunand9.tga
- ect...
In the BG folder contains the background that can be changed:
- Image must be 400x240 in .tga format.
- (TGA online converter).
