OGG Vorbis Player is a work in progress OGG player for the 3DS, currently able to play/pause and loop videos.

Installation

Available as a 3DSX and CIA (use either one).

• CIA - Install the .cia with the CIA manager of your choice.
• 3DSX - Use the .3dsx provided with the homebrew launcher.

User guide

It uses stb_vorbis for OGG decoding.
