PSPMoney is a homebrew for the PSP which calculates monetary amounts from one currency into another. The homebrew is available in English and in German, the language will automatically be selected while the program is starting. The update function downloads latest exchange rates from the website of the European Central Bank (ECB).

PSPMoney is coded in Lua and works with the Phoenix Game Engine (PGE).

Installation

Copy this folder (PSPMoney) to ms0:/PSP/GAME and start the homebrew from the XMB.

This homebrew can also be categorized (for example with Game Categories plugin).

Controls

Main screen:

Left/Right - Switch input/output

Up/Down - Switch currency

Cross - Select currency

L/R - More currencies

Circle - Edit monetary amount and calculate

Square - Change input/output and calculate

Triangle - Updating the exchange rates

Select - Help

Start - Exit

Help screen:

Select - Back to the main screen

Triangle - Select language manually

Update screen:

Triangle - Start downloading

Select - Back to the main screen

Changelog

  • Now a total of 35 currencies (for gold and Iraqi dinar away).
  • New intro screen with loading bar.
  • Exchange rate updates are now coming from the European Central Bank.
  • The language is automatically selected (can also be set manually).
  • All code is now in a file, sort code and improves.
  • All the necessary images / variables are loaded at the start => run faster in the program itself.
