Taitris is like a spin-off from Tetris. Instead of dropping blocks, you launch them.
The homebrew was showcased in the GBADEV.ORG Compo 2003.
User guide
There is a central block where you launch the blocks to, and you have to form squares (not lines) to wipe them out.
You'll clearly see the squares because they're brighter than the rest of the grid.
You can easily launch any block to the grid, rotating the block and the grid.
Controls
Left/Right - Move block
Up/Down - Rotate block
L/R - Rotate grid
A - Launch block
