PSP Relax (Spanish) is an application with several sound files that aims to help user to relax and escape the stress from everyday life.
Installation
Unzip the rar file and copy the PSP folder to the root of the Memory Stick, replacing it when required.
User guide
There are 4 different sound therapies to choose from.
- Relax - Sailing on the high seas in a sailing frigate, it is a natural sound for the rest of the mind, against stress, against depression and to renew energy.
- Inner Peace - Mental rest and de-stress, it is a natural sound of a storm in the tropical jungle.
- Creativity - A sound that mixes binaural waves of various ranges to produce a creativity-enhancing effect.
- Mental Clarity - Powerful binaural waves in the theta range that will help you enter a state of meditation.
