Fate/Extra CCC English Patch is a complete translation of the game from Japanese. The patch goes above and beyond to deliver an authentic experience as if the game was released in English. It also fixes a couple of bugs present in the Japanese version.
Fate/Extra Perfect Patch+ is an updated version of the previously released Perfect Patch which includes further improvements and bug fixes reported by the community. The patch is for the US version of Fate/Extra. Perfect Patch adds subtitles to all the spoken battle lines, fixes lore translations to match the common Fate canon, subtitles the opening video, and fixes various translation issues from the original English release.
Both patches are compatible with PSP hardware, though the low-res ruby font is recommended when running on a physical PSP. "Force High Memory Layout" must be disabled in Recovery settings, otherwise the game will crash.
