GBAjewel is a tile matching puzzle game.
It was submitted to the GBA 4KB Demo Competition
User guide
The object of the game is to remove tiles to score points. To remove tiles you must build horizontal or vertical lines of three tiles or more.
You build lines by swapping two tiles horizontally or vertically such that one or both of the swapped tiles will create a line of three or more tiles. These lines will disappear and the tiles above will fall with new tiles filling in from the top.
If the falling tiles come to rest in such a way that new lines are created, these lines will disappear and more tiles will fall until the board has no more lines.
You can only swap tiles if it will create a line, other swaps are not allowed. The game ends when there are no more moves (the cursor will disappear).
Note: The binary jewel008.bin does not have a valid header, just zeros as a placeholder. It is compiled for 0x8000000 (cartridge).
Controls
L+R - Reset game (when the game ends)
