This is a simple tool to create a scanline effect for PSP games and homebrew, giving it a retro arcade game aesthetic.
Installation
Place ScanLine.prx into ms0:/seplugins/ folder (ef0:/seplugins/ for PSP Go).
Open game.txt and vsh.txt in the same seplugins folder, then add the following path
ms0:/seplugins/ScanLine.prx 1
For PSP Go, add this line to the text files instead
ef0:/seplugins/ScanLine.prx 1
Compatiblility
Recommended to use on an actual PSP first, instead of a Vita eCFW since it's in beta stages.
It was tested by the author on 6.60 PRO-C (PSPGo).
Known issues
Glitchy screen instead of producing proper scanlines.
