3D ArcadePSP is based on the frontend for emulators for the PC called 3D Arcade, where you move around a 3D environment of arcade cabinets or consoles.
User guide
You move around in a 3D environment (Myst-style), it loads up a different screenshot every time you move left, forward and right.
Go up to the Arcade cabinet and if you activate it, it will boot Mame4All (an arcade game emulator coded by TTYman for the PSP).
