This is a homebrew tool that will display which type of screens (IPS or TN) your N3DS has. It is comparable to CTRAging's Debug4 feature, which tells you the brand of your screens.
Note: This application is N3DS exclusive due to the system call at the heart of it (GSPLCD_GetVendors()) not being implemented on O3DS.
Features
- Libre and legally distributable software.
- Does not need a 40+ MB download and install if your only purpose is checking screen types.
- Directly tells you TN or IPS instead of panel brand.
Installation
Installing
Available in 3DSX format, copy .3dsx to the 3ds folder on your SD card and run it via Homebrew Launcher.
Building
Require you to add GSPLCD_GetVendors to libctru.
