Sneaky Snakes is a game that combines the features of the classic Snake Byte, which was a popular programming example during the PC-98 era, with elements from Pac-Man.
It was a contest entry for Bung's 2nd Amateur GameboyTM Format Games Coding Competition.
User guide
You control a snake to eat scattered dots on the screen, avoiding collisions with its own body. Each dot makes the snake grow longer.
Unlike the open space in the original Snake Byte, this version has predefined paths, limiting the snake's movement. Clearing a stage requires eating all of the dots on the field. As you progress through stages, the complexity of the maze increases.
Controls
A - Start game
D-Pad - Movement
