WiiSCU (Wii System Channel Updater) is an application that can update the Wii's system channels without the need for a full system update. This feature can be particularly useful for updating the Wii Shop Channel without risking losing mods or bricking the device. Additionally, the app is able to install IOS 58 or 61.
Based on WiiSCU, the modifications include updating the shop channel to the latest version and adds support for GameCube controllers.
