Wii Meta XML Editor allows you to edit or create simple meta.xml files for identifying different homebrew programs in the Homebrew Channel. It is important to note that you will need to have the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed to use this program. However, if you prefer, the source code is included, so you can free it from this prerequisite.
