Extract archive and move the rePatch folder to ux0 (ux0:rePatch/PCSG00802/).

*Arts, Weapons, Armor, Shields, Key Items, Accessories.
*World History/Journal, Formations, Scenario Questionnaire, System messages.
What's not translated:
*Trophies.
*Story Text (due to textbox limitations).

Text overflow. some characters in names, arts, items etc have some of the letters bugged with a "@". This is most likely a bug with the game and how it handles the English alphabet.
 
There may also be crashes as this needs more testing.
