This is a Luma 3DS port of Earthbound: Halloween Hack. It is a rom hack of the popular Super Nintendo game Earthbound, created in 2008 by the one and only Toby Fox, the creator of Undertale and Delatrune.
Installation
Note: This port is only installable if your Nintendo 3DS system has Luma custom firmware installed. It has not been tested on Citra.
Move the .cia files over to your SD/Micro SD card that you use for your Nintendo 3DS System.
Turn on your Nintendo 3DS and launch FBI, find the .cia file that you want to install,
Select it, then choose either Install CIA or Install and delete CIA. Once it's done installing, Exit the FBI app and unwrap the port.
