This is a recreation of Super Star Shooter to the Nintendo Wii. It is a vertical scrolling shooter created by The Dotmap Brothers for the Sharp X68000 in 1991. It looks and plays very similarly to Star Soldier.
 
The game is also available for the [[Super Star Shooter Advance GBA|Game Boy Advance]]. In 2015, it was released as Super Star Shooter Gaiden for the iOS.

In Super Star Shooter, you fly a space-plane and shoot enemies with your weapons. The game features power ups, hordes of enemies and huge screen-filling bosses.
 
Points are won by shooting enemies, and collecting yellow orbs. The gameplay is very fast paced! There are two game modes: play for two minutes, and play for 5 minutes.
