Little originality for this homebrew: for each part player can select the graphic style, the level and the remaining enemies in the same place. For now two distinct modes are available: ASCII and PAINT. Both were done in Paint.

Shmup (French) is a vertical scrolling shoot'em up developed for Nintendo DS, made with the library PAlib. Version 1.0 includes two levels and a boss added.

User guide

In Shmup, you have to cross levels full of enemies to defeat the bosses and their minions using several weapons (laser, machinegun, etc). Each shot received is fatal, and the number of lives is limited, we must remain vigilant not to be shot.

Small originality for this homebrew: for each part you can choose the graphic style you want, the level and the enemies remaining in the same place. For now (and probably forever) two very distinct modes are available: ASCII and PAINT. Although in fact both were done in Paint.

Known issues

The boss moves in any way, or rather, it does not move.

The enemies before the boss disappear too soon interrupted by the boss.

The animations are either absent or faulty.
