Way of the Rain is a DS homebrew game started out as a little physics demo in which water drops had to search for the way through a level. It is made with PAlib.

Installation

Download contains binaries and an editor which allows you draw your own level, then include it into the game (using the .bat file on PC).

  • WayOfTheRain.nds - For WiFiME user.
  • WayOfTheRain.ds.gba - For Supercard and flashcard user.

User guide

In this game you have to draw barriers and to show the waterdrops the right way.

The goal is to get the blue drops to the exit, while blocking any of the red drops from leaving. It also has some catchy background music.

There are 22 levels and level results will be saved.

Controls

Stylus - Draw barriers

Known issues

This game seems to not use gba_nds_fat, but a gbfs appened to the .nds, so it will not function on GBAMP.

Changelog

2005/11/06

  • 22 Levels. Included with the download is a tool which allows you to add in your own levels, simply by drawing an image.
