If you play with the version. Ds.gba (on linker), your progress will be saved on the cartridge, simply select "Continue" on the title screen (no kidding).
* .ds.gba - Your progress and total played time will be saved on SRAM, you can continue your game and switch between the levels you've completed using L/R.
* .sc.nds - For Supercard or GBA Movie Player, your progress won't be saved, but you can switch between all levels using L/R (simply download the AztecChallengeSC_GbaMP one).

If you play on Supercard (version. Sc.nds), your progress is not saved (maybe later, there I have not found how to), but you can move from one level to another with the shoulder buttons, it compensates.
