Make your own FBI theme
To create your own custom theme for FBI, get the FBI source code, go to the RomFS folder and you will find all the components.
You can use any image editor to make your own theme, then place your RomFS replacements in the theme directory mentioned earlier.
This works with both the CIA and 3DSX versions.
