LUA 1945 is a remake of the 1942 arcade game on PSP, coded by pipagerardo.

Features

  • 4 Levels in moderate difficulty.
  • 11 Enemy types: 9 Planes, 1 Ship and 1 Submarine.
  • Can play on PC although recommended for PSP.
  • Able to create your own level.

User guide

The goal is to machine guns your enemies all the way through, you can play it as a sidescroller or as a vertical shooter.

You can find the tutorial of how to create your own level with Lua here (in Spanish written by the developer).

Controls

Menu:

Cross - Play

Circle - Exit to the XMB

In game:

Cross - Shoot

Circle - Drop a bomb

Start - Pause

Select - Quit the game

D-Pad/Analog - Movement

R - Screenshot (see issues)

L - Change Music

Known issues

Taking screenshots during the game may cause it to slow down.

  • Fixed retention when capturing screen, now it pauses while the process lasts.
  • Fixed Bug that caused all enemies to come out at once.
