Rubber Bands DS is a collection of mini games all based on a simple particle physics system that the author came up with.

The project has been discontinued.

User guide

The game simulates moving particles in a world of static lines, that can also be connected by stiff rods, and rubber bands, which are the main focus of the game.

Controls

The game is mostly stylus-based.

A or Start icon - Play the selected mini-game

D-Pad or Stylus - Navigate the main menu

Known issues

Some errors in the rubber band detection that cause particles to fall out the wrong side, etc. This is especially evident in the Egg Drop minigame.

Changelog

  • Made particles larger and brighter, easier to see.
  • Fixed engine slowdown in Complete and EggDrop game modes.
  • A few more Complete levels included.
