Dumpiine is a tool developed by Golden45 that allows you to dump .RPX and .RPL files from any games/applications directly onto your SD card, these files are required for loading your games/applications with Loadiine.
User guide
Requirements
- Wii U FW 5.3.2
- SD(HC) Card
How to use
- Run the kernel exploit, and relaunch the browser.
- Launch dumpiine.
- Return to main menu.
- Launch the game or application you want to dump (except the Wiiu settings).
- Dumpiine will dump the rpl files loaded by the game, however not all these files are loaded during startup, it is recommended to play the game for a certain period, e.g. starting a level.
- Exit the game.
- Insert an SD card if you have not already done so (files will be saved in the root of the SD card).
- Launch Mii Maker, you should see Dumpiine start up.
- Press A to copy all .rpx and .rpl at once to the SD card.
- Exit Mii Maker with the Home button, you can then retrieve the files from the SD Card on your computer.
- You can relaunch an application and redo the same steps to dump once again.
Note: In the mii editor, don't press A if "total size" is greater than 21MB, otherwise your console will "freeze".
How it works
- Once dumpiine is installed, every time you launch an application/game, the .rpx and .rpl files will be copied to memory.
- You can then copy these files to the SD card by launching the Dumpiine (Mii editor) menu.
Limitations
- Dumpiine cannot dump content files; use TCPGecko for that purpose.
- You can't use Dumpiine and Loadiine at the same time.
- Certain games, like Splatoon, cannpt be dumped due to virtual memory range constraints.
- RPL files listed below (part of CafeOS) are exclude from dump:
- avm, camera, dc, dmae, drmapp, erreula, gx2, h264, lzma920, mic, nfc, nio_prof, nlibcurl, nlibnss, nlibnss2, nn_ac, nn_acp, nn_act, nn_aoc, nn_boss, nn_ccr, nn_cmpt, nn_ec, nn_fp, nn_hai, nn_hpad, nn_idbe, nn_ndm, nn_nets2, nn_nfp, nn_nim, nn_olv, nn_pdm, nn_save, nn_sl, nn_spm, nn_temp, nn_uds, nn_vctl, nsysccr, nsyshid, nsyskbd, nsysnet, nsysuhs, nsysuvd, ntag, padscore, proc_ui, snd_core, snd_user, sndcore2, snduser2, swkbd, sysapp, tcl, tve, uac, uac_rpl, usb_mic, uvc, uvd, vpad, vpadbase, zlib125
