Zoomar is a demo created to test the Game Boy's performance in a worst-case scenario. It utilizes real-time zooming, a CPU-intensive task not originally intended for the Game Boy's video hardware.
The package includes a pre-compiled ROM and fully documented source code, so you can run it on a real Game Boy and observe how the Z80 handles the stress of the demo's demands. Additional information about single or multiple frame modes can be found in the provided source code.
Compatibility
This image can be run using any emulator, and on the real Game Boy.
To run it on the real Game Boy, you'll have to re-assemble it to get the SMALL version (see source/ASM.BAT for more info).
