User guide

X - Select a file, Copy a file
Y - Paste file
Minus - Delete file

UPDATE
- Updated the text to use free type fonts to display text which is cleaner and clearer.

- Complete redo of the interface. Navigate through folders. Select file. Find a spot and paste it to make a copy.
- Note: probably only have one or two more updates in me as it doesn't seem much people care for this and it does not look as good as NX-Shell as it might get USB support soon.
