The patch only works with version 1.0.1 and 1.0.2.
Put the exefs_patches folder to the corresponding directory:
- Atmosphere CFW
/atmosphere/ - ReiNX CFW
/reinx/ - SXOS CFW
/sxos/
And restart Switch.
