An application that allows you too create Mii characters on the PC. Once created, you can transfer them to your Wii console with the help of SaveGame Manager GX.
User guide
You will need either Adobe AIR, Adobe Flash Player Projector, or the included Adobe Flash Player 10.
To use the included Flash Player, simply run the Flashplayer.exe and drag the SWF into the window.
