Wii Meta XML Editor is a simple Windows program that allows you to edit or create simple meta.xml files for identifying different homebrew programs in the Homebrew Channel.

User guide

Simply load a previously made meta.xml file and edit it, or start typing in the details for a new one.

Note that you will need to have the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed to use this program. Source is included if you wish to free it from this prerequisite.
