User guide
A path can be set to import DLC or deck recipes from an sd or usb storage device.
When importing, you will be asked if you want to rename the deck, this allows going over the in-game limit. You can also export a deleted recipe and import it back to restore it. Deleted recipes are marked with a "!" on the first character.
Exporting a deck as YDC will make it compatible with the game's AI duelist, so you can make a deck and duel against it.
See here for more info on the DLC format and a guide on using a code to load exported decks without replacing existing files on the disc.
