A DS version of the card game Skip-Bo coded with [[DSLua]]. == Installation == Skip-Bo uses [[DSLua]] which comes in two flavours: CF flavour, and GBFS flavour. The CF flavour comes in 3 more versions: blue, green, and gray. * Blue will be the best choice for Supercards. * Green will work best for M3 devices. * Gray will work for most other devices. If none of them work, you may have to use GBFS flavour. In one of the cf- releases, copy the skipbo folder onto your cf card at /dslua/skipbo. Then copy the .nds/.sc.nds/.ds.gba file anywhere on your card and run it. Emulator can run it with DSLua (tested with v0.6). == User guide == === The basics === Skip-Bo is a sequencing card game created by the makers of UNO. In Skip-Bo, players aim to create stacks of cards in ascending order, starting from 1 and going up to 12. Players take turns dealing cards, either from their own deck or by drawing from their personal stockpile. Special cards called Skip-Bo cards can be played as any number, which can be very helpful for winning the game. The first player to use up all their stockpile cards is the winner. === How to play === It plays the same as normal Skip-Bo, except there are only 2 players (1 human and 1 CPU), and you can only have 1 card at a time in your discard piles. To move a card, tap it and then once it's selected, tap where you want to put it. To end your turn, discard a card. In this version you can only have 1 card in each discard pile. If you try to put a card on top of a card in the discard pile the card below it will be erased. == Controls == Operate with Stylus. == Screenshots == https://dlhb.gamebrew.org/dshomebrew/skipbods2.png https://dlhb.gamebrew.org/dshomebrew/skipbods3.png == External links == * Author's website - [https://web.archive.org/web/20070709132908/http://www.bio-gaming.com/jeremy/dslua/index.php?act=skipbo http://www.bio-gaming.com/jeremy/dslua/] (archived) * DSLua - [https://web.archive.org/web/20081120043707/http://www.dslua.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,19/topic,226.0 http://www.dslua.com] (archived)
