Project CTR contains two homebrew tools that allows you to extract and rebuild 3DS files: * ctrtool - A general purpose reading/extraction tool for 3DS file formats. Updated version of neimod's ctrtool. * makerom - Creates CTR cxi/cfa/cci/cia files.
