The application uses the first connection (just like the Lua WiFi example it's based on). Copy the directory Penny Arcade Viewer to /PSP/GAME/ on the Memory Stick. Create the folder /PSP/PHOTO/Penny Arcade/ on an inserted Memory Stick.
