PSP-fceultra is a port of the NES/Famicom emulator fceultra to the PSP. It was presented in the NEO Spring Coding Compo 2006 (PSP Apps). ==Features== * Support for loads of NES roms. * ZIP support. * Hardware accelerated blitting. * 60fps on most games. * Built in game select screen. ==Installation== Copy the contents to ms0:/PSP/GAME/fceultra/. Then put your NES roms in your Memory Stick. Psp-fceultra has a file browser so you can copy the roms anywhere (preferably in the /GAME/PSP/fceultra/roms/ folder). Your roms can either be in NES/ZIP format (ZIP is recommended as it takes less space). ==User guide== Note that this is an emulator only. It does not include any roms and there are a few missing features (Cheat codes, mappable controls, Zapper support, FDS support, Source code). In-game GUI contains options to save/load states, take screen shots and change the video. ==Controls== '''Filebrowser:''' D-Pad - Move up and down Cross - Select file or folder Selecting ".." - Back to the parent folder '''In game:''' D-Pad - Nes D-Pad Cross - Nes A button Circle - Nes B button Select - Nes Select button Start - Nes Start button L - In game GUI '''In game GUI:''' Up/Down - Select option Cross - Change option ==Changelog== '''Release 2''' * Basic sound support (Needs a bit more work). * Video renderer improvements: ** Selectable filter mode, point filter or bilinear filter. ** New selectable video modes: no stretch, 4:3 full stretch, and fullscreen stretch. * More work on the gui. * Savestates (needs support for more than on save per game). * Frameskip for games that take a while to render. * General cleanup of code. * Other little things. ==Credits== * Thanks to wraggster and the dc-emu team for the hosting. * Fceultra team. * TyRaNiD for the very handy PSPLINK. * [http://www.ps2dev.org pspsdk team]. * [http://www.neoflash.com neoflash]. * And all PSP developers. ==External links== * Author's website - [https://web.archive.org/web/20080718041830/http://hbert.dcemu.co.uk http://hbert.dcemu.co.uk] (archived) * DCEmu - http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=111 * NeoFlash - https://www.neoflash.com/forum/index.php?topic=1884.0 [[Category:NEO Spring Coding Compo 2006]]
