Numbers Minds is a port of a number guessing game originally created on the Amstrad Cpc in 1994 by Kukulcan. It was selected among 50 other homebrews for Datel's Design a Game Competition. ==User guide== The goal of the game is to find a random number between 00000 and 99999 in a limited number of moves, the machine will tell you if the number entered is too big or too small. There are 3 levels of difficulty: *Easy - 24 tries maximum. *Medium - 16 trials maximum. *Hard - 12 tries maximum. ==Screenshots== https://dlhb.gamebrew.org/dshomebrew/numbermindskuk3.png https://dlhb.gamebrew.org/dshomebrew/numbermindskuk4.png <!--BEGIN Online Emulator Section--> ==Online emulator== {{EmulatorJS Main |width=515px |height=384px |EJS_backgroundImage=https://www.gamebrew.org/images/1/13/Numbermindskuk2.png |EJS_core=nds |EJS_gameName=Number Minds |EJS_gameUrl=https://dlhb.gamebrew.org/onlineemulators/nds/numbermindskuk.7z }} {{DS Control Settings}} <!--END Online Emulator Section--> ==Changelog== '''2007/03/03''' *Creation of an icon for the game, I would like to thank the site WWW.DS-XTREME.COM for the linker, it really motivated me for the creation of the icons. *Rewrite of the game engine (since it was my first homebrew on DS I had programmed it very badly). *R button: Music on/off. *Transition effect. *Sound effects change (lost, won). *Fixed crackle in applause (Thanks J-War WWW.FURYKANE.COM). *Changed some graphics for the game. *And especially much lighter homebrew. *No backup system. ==Credits== Thanks to Tembargo , Alekmaul and t4ils for their advice. ==External links== * Author's website - https://www.cpc-power.com/cpcarchives/index.php?page=articles&num=330 [[Category:Design a Game for Datel]]
